Blyss Yoga Pre-Natal Yoga: Start Parenting Now! All trimesters welcome and Dad's too! Lovingly connect with your baby, energetically and spiritually.

Classes include Pranayama (continuous flow of Breath methods), Hatha Asana (simple stretches in preparation for relaxation), and Relaxation/Visualization (focusing on reducing stress during pregnancy and labor; tools to bring in supportive, loving & nurturing experiences for a satisfying pregnancy &birth; and leave with a deeper understanding of the psychological & physiological effects of relaxation for you and baby!)

Having more organic resources to tap into before, during, and after labor, is essential for a natural birth. These classes are designed to focus on the Mother's comfort, balance, awareness, and gratitude. In this group setting, and with the Father's support, a unique approach for each couple will develop naturally - allowing your own birthing wisdom to shine through for a healthy home or natural birth!
