Blyss Yoga Group Lessons:
With a focus on Ayurvedic
Dosha recommendations for the individual, each practice will fit your
needs for the present moment. Harmony within the elements of earth,
water, air, and fire, is within you, and this class facilitates your
experience to bliss consciousness through meditation, movement,
breathwork, tone, gems, aromatherapy, and art.
Bringing you into the
moment, breath techniques begin a
practice and awaken your mind to your Life Force. This is in preparation for Hatha Yoga postures that allow for
flexibility and strength to develop in body and mind. You will feel a
cleansing sensation as you move through a sequence of poses designed to
awaken your Chakras - the subtle energy within your body!
Relaxation is
the final journey of the class, connecting the Body/Mind sensation of
