Blyss Yoga is the Union of Body, Mind, and Spirit to tap into the
unlimited potential of the life force, the Prana, with respect for our
Natural Environment. Blyss involves Movement,
Sound, Breath-work, Relaxation, and/or Mediation to enhance the
individual.
Jayne received her 200
hour RYT credentials in January 2007 through YogahOMe studio,
Cincinnati. She has been a yoga student since the mid 90's and loves to
share her passion for this art through her teachings at Holisitic sites
in the Cincinnati area.
Lakeetha Taylor, RYT - Who am I? A wonderful bliss of all living,
Representing the divine feminine, Expressing the glorious Goddess,
Lakeetha Taylor. I am also attuned to Reiki I healing, then there is the
Ion Footbath and some other things in-between. I am an apprentice of
Gary Matthews learning the way of my shaman within; which has given me
the tools to bring and share. I am a certified Yoga teacher of beginners
Ashtanga.
Earth-Based Yoga is their link to connecting the student to the practice,
honoring the elements of fire, water, air, and earth to guide energy, Prana or the Life Force, through the chakras.
They also call upon the
directions of the medicine wheel, opening to the unseen essence of
nature's life force in relation to our own, creating a sacred, safe, and
tranquil space to explore the self. |
